Chris and Iveta’s place was everything we could have hoped for.. it was extremely clean and the location was perfect. We brought our boat over and were able to leave it in the water right behind the house so we didn’t have to fight the traffic at the boat ramp. The house was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, we literally had everything we needed with no stress. The restaurants are wonderful and are very close to the house, or the house has a beautiful kitchen and a grill outside. I have stayed in Captivia in the past but I will definitely be coming back to stay here next time. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful home on the water I highly recommend staying here.

Brandon’s home was beautiful. It was extremely clean and well stocked. We loved the pool area and spent time in it every day. We would recommend staying at this wonderful. Brandon was also available with a quick response to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Maria is so hospitable! This is an excellent place for fishermen bringing their boats. Trailer parking and a ramp are super convenient. The dock is just outside the back door. Maria helped my husband and son in law get settled and left lots of thoughtful goodies. Super clean and thoughtfully furnished. Highly recommend this place for its bay fishing location and excellent price. You get lots for your money here!

Kelly-Ann was a terrific, responsive host who made our stay easy and enjoyable. Great location for our interests…boat slip was super convenient…great fishing spot…close to all necessities. House was well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely look to stay here again!
