Charming small F2, completely renovated! 15 minutes from Place du Martroi and the SNCF train station! Nice and quiet neighborhood! Ideally located for walking distance to everything – close to all shops (Carrefour City 300 m away, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. except Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and free parking in the neighborhood. However, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access and with narrow stairs, which does not facilitate the transport of luggage. But I'm here to help!

Il permet d'accéder à pied à de belles ballades en bords de Loire, à la visite de notre ville à travers son histoire et aux commerces de proximité. Studio équipé de la TV et du WIFI. Il n’est pas accessible PMR. Nous acceptons les animaux respectueux du logement 😉. Le linge de lit, serviettes de toilettes, torchon et le ménage sont compris dans la location. Votre arrivée se fera par le biais d’une boîte à clé.
