I had 3 beautiful weeks, a clean, pleasant, sunny apartment. The tram is downstairs. The environment is rather calm and conducive to work.

Hi, During the reception, the owners gave all the tips for the accommodation and activities in the area. The place was clean and the linens spotless. The amenities are enough. The accommodation opposite the road is well soundproofed. The terrace area is nice.

I stayed at this Airbnb from Thursday, June 5 to Sunday, June 8. The space was very clean, quiet, and perfectly equipped. The bed linen and towels were provided, and the cleanliness was really spotless. It immediately feels like home. I will not hesitate to keep in touch and recommend this address around me. Very nice apartment, very well optimized for maximum comfort and very clean. 2 steps from the city center but in a quiet alley, even on the evening of the music festival. Hot weather this weekend, the temperature of the accommodation was cool, it's nice for sleeping. The instructions are very clear and accurate. Jérôme is concerned about the good stay of his travelers. Thank you again, I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Atmospheric spacious apartment; imagine yourself as a resident of Orléans. The location is perfect for enjoying the city center. Many sights and nice streets within walking distance. The only disadvantage is the noise at night on the street (especially on Fridays and Saturdays apparently). The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts. Benjamin responds quickly and kindly. He tipped us off to a restaurant where we ate and drank wonderfully, with nice contact with staff. Recommended, but take into account the stops.

Great apartment that’s decorated to a really nice standard. Very close to the centre of Orleans. Great little Boulangerie a street away. Ground floor so some traffic noise but didn’t bother or disturb me. No car parking but Jodie provided useful guidance. We found it easy to park on street or the car parking by the Town Hall.

I highly recommend it. Right in the city center, you can find a parking space without any problems. Ideally located, clean, well-equipped and beautifully decorated accommodation. Thanks for the stay.

We stayed at Nastasia's place for a few nights and we felt really comfortable. The location is quite good. It is a quite neighbourhood and it is walking distance to the centre (15min walk). The neighbourhood is nice and quite with a Carrefour just around the corner for your daily groceries. Since we came by car we appreciated that there was a garrage, which is not very small. The apartment is very nice and modern. It has everything we needed for a few days. All the amenities were comfortable and neat. We could really relax well in the apartment. Nastasia's is a very friendly person. She gave us good instructions for the check-in and gave nice tips on some things that we asked. Overal we can really recommend Nastasia's place for shorter as well as longer stays. Thank you!

We were randomly looking for a place to stay for one night during a long car travel and stumbled upon Mathieu's Appartment. The only disappointing thing was, the we could only stay for such a short amount of time. The giant massage bathtub was the selling point for us, it was such a great, relaxing thing to have. As well at the secluded and calm area. It is in the middle of nature and you hear only frogs and crickets outside. The whole place looked new and made with effort, we felt right at home. There is a fully equiped kitchen with all you need. Mathieu was very kind and answered all of our questions. He even send a video to make check-in easier. We would definitely book again!
