Very pleasant stay in this quiet accommodation with a breathtaking view. Comfort and very high-quality equipment, we had a very pleasant weekend. Thank you to Marie for her little attention to our arrival which was very much appreciated.

Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

Great extended weekend at Amandine's. The cottage is comfortable and friendly. Nordic bathing is a plus. The hikes nearby are very beautiful! A small haven of peace!

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

We are very happy to have stayed in this house. The view of the lake is just incredible! The jacuzzi is very large and extremely well maintained. The interior is very comfortable and clean The lake is 5 minutes away by car Isabelle is a pleasant and very understanding host. We would recommend this listing!

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness

Etienne is an excellent host. He is extremely courteous and helpful. The house is superbly equipped & is ideal for family holidays. We would come back anytime!

The view! Great place in a stunning location. Only minutes to shops and 10mins from Chamonix. Beautiful walks on the doorstep. A short walk up the hill and you can take in the view of Mont Blanc Will visit again

An excellent stay! The accommodation is very well located with a magnificent view! In addition, there is really everything you need to feel good and be at home. A real cozy little accommodation. The stay in the castle was something very special for our whole family (6 adults, 3 children aged 4, 6 and 11)! The atmosphere is particularly elegant, the view is awesome, plenty of good amenities and the surroundings are gigantic! We enjoyed the garden with the different seating areas, played a lot of table tennis and hiked from the house, spent a wonderful afternoon at the lake directly in Bonneville, appreciated shopping in the village (especially the Fromagerie) and were from there in Chamonix (cogwheel railway: fantastic - gondola on the Aguille du Midi and hike from the middle station: breathtaking!) and in the "horseshoe valley" with the many waterfalls: highly recommended! THANK YOU, Cathrine! Also for the trust!

Beautiful chalet 20 min from Annecy. Host available and pleasant, very good welcome. Very relaxing, I recommend it.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

A fabulous hideaway, so quiet, no noisy roads, no noisy people. Just perfect. Lovely and warm, very clean, full of everything we needed. Was great to just read and not have a TV And we didn't need a microwave because we were able to cook ourselves easily. Plenty warm water and so luxurious to have a bath in the apartment, fantastic!! Also Samoens has lots of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. In addition we were able to use a couple of spare towels as a curtain in the bedroom, so no problems at all. The information provided was so thorough, there was nothing we didn't understand. A wonderful place to stay for a week Thank you so much Scotti You have been amazing, I hope we can stay again ❤️

Great stay. Nice environment. Well-equipped. We appreciated being able to arrive earlier than expected (available 2 hours before). Welcoming and very discreet owner.

We had a great, short stay and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, we loved having the pool to cool off in after a days riding. The villa is a short walk from the old town of Annecy with its wonderful bars and restaurants. It's also very convenient for the lake. Our hosts Aimé and Faïza were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend their place as a base for exploring Annecy and the surrounding region. I'll be back with my family at some point.

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. The hosts are very attentive and we were very well received from the 1st day. In addition, the pool is particularly pleasant. We recommend 100%. Signed Rémi, Justine and Célia.

Thanks to Marc for his hospitality and his lovely accommodation. We really enjoyed the calm of the place after our walks. The cottage is very cozy and functional. The small pool and terrace is an asset. We recommend the location if you are looking for a little quiet outside Annecy.

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

Had a very nice stay. Spectacular and idyllic landscape. Appartement very well equipped, especially when travelling with small children. A bed, a chair, cups, toys, everything was there. We didnt know that we were supposed to bring towels though, but received some anyways. Very friendly owners, happily showing our children their animals and letting the feed them.

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!
