Ce magnifique chalet est situé dans une impasse très tranquille, avec du stationnement gratuit. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

3-star tourist building, mountain decor, breathtaking views, this nice T3 with all comforts will allow you, in summer and winter, to enjoy the activities of two nearby resorts (5-10 minutes by free shuttle): Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz. Very quiet condominium, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The accommodation is fully equipped. Sleeping arrangements: a double bed (master bedroom, 160 x 200), a trundle bed (secondary bedroom, 2 x 90 x 200), a sofa bed (living room, 140 x 190)

Small chalet in the charming village of Dingy Saint Clair, between lake and mountain at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, close to a small river. The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and at the start of the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Individual cottage with views of the Aravis mountain range. It is not isolated because it is located in a small subdivision after the "Nant Robert and Le Crêt du Bouchet" 2.5 km from the center of the village. Car essential. The little "extras": Beds made on arrival. Closed garage. Pets allowed.
