Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt

The Chalet is warm and well located. In the mountains, near the city, the place is peaceful and friendly. I really recommend this place, I'll go back without hesitation. The landlord is welcoming and accessible.

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is spacious and very nice It's functional with full amenities We were 6 adults with 4 children and the place was perfectly suited With spaces for all of us.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Apartment as advertised, very cozy and warm. Indeed as mentioned in the other comments, it is hot at night upstairs and it is attic but we were warned. Very well-equipped, very functional, nicely decorated and nothing was missing. The pizzeria next door is very good + lots of cheese shops. Excellent value for money, I would recommend!!

The accommodation is very well located for discovering the region, both quiet, functional and impeccably clean. Guillaume is a friendly, welcoming and very pleasant host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

The apartment is superbly renovated. The finishes are luxurious and contemporary. It is very well equipped, there is even a sonos installation with baffles built into the ceilings. Nicolas is charming and the instructions are very clear. Qq small notes in the context of the high season premium rate: the apartment is located in a bend of the road of the pass of the aravis, some of the windows overlook the mountain with a sublime view, but some windows (including the terrace) overlook this road; and the walking distance to the ski slopes is actually 300m.

I'm delighted with my stay in Saint Jean de Sixt. Nadège was always very responsive and accommodating! The apartment was very clean, very well-equipped and in perfect condition. Great location in the heart of the village. All amenities are within walking distance. Very close to ski resorts and very accessible! I would 100% recommend this listing and its host.

Beautiful apartment that gives the feeling of having its own chalet with a beautiful south facing terrace facing the slopes of Boissonnet. Very nice living space, extremely well equipped kitchen (rarely seen so many dishes in an Airbnb rental), comfortable bedding. Access to the village in 10-15mn on foot or with free bus service. Note that with young children walking, you have to walk 5 minutes by the road to get to the boissonnet roundabout; which is not very comfortable. Great rental, we had a great time.

We had a lovely stay at David's place for a weekend of skiing with friends. The instructions for the listing were clear and David was fully available to answer any questions. The ski resort of La Clusaz can be reached very quickly just a few miles away. The village offers various shops that provide logistics for this type of stay. The place is well suited for this type of stay whether with friends or family. I recommend it!

We had a very pleasant week in this little cocoon in the heart of nature. A fabulous view, a cozy and super well-equipped apartment, run by hosts as kind as they are discreet. 😊 Everything was perfect, we recommend it without reservation. 🥰

We spent a few days there as a family with our two children who had plenty to play with (thank you to your boys). We'll be back! I recommend it!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great stay at Le Grand Bornand. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. Thierry was very welcoming and helpful, he explained everything to us very well and remains very available. We'll be happy to return to this listing.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
