For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay in this charming wooden cottage. The calm that reigns in the estate in the middle of nature, surrounded by horses and goats, allows a real disconnection. The indoor, heated pool with shower and toilet is really great and delighted our little girl as much as the parents! Access and departure in total autonomy allows a very comfortable flexibility. Thank you to Anaïs for her sympathy and pleasant exchanges, we will come back!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

The space is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. I recommend taking the time to stroll around the place, enjoying the terrace, the woods and the pond. The proximity of remarkable sites is appreciable. Nathalie's advice, especially for restaurants, was useful to us. Special touches: bouquet of flowers, gift basket, personalized note, champagne glasses at the spa were particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 🤩

We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

Douglas is very nice and flexible on arrival and departure times Warm house without fuss, very practical with young children, enclosed garden, greenhouse with office, very practical for coloring (beware of stairs for children under 3 years old, access to the beach 10 minutes walk). Saint Jean is a charming village with bakery and small supermarket. For people sensitive to light, namely no shutters or blackout curtains, personally it did not bother me Note beds made and towels and that's great

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very clean and very nice accommodation! Beautiful hikes are accessible from the accommodation, on foot, as well as the beach. The view of the sea and Mont Saint Michel is a significant bonus. Thank you very much to Nathalie for her responsiveness and sympathy!

House with a lot of charm, decorated and arranged with taste and very well stocked, especially for cooking. Very quiet location and close to the sea and hiking trails.

We had a wonderful time here. After a hectic and busy time, we were ready for some rest. We got that here. Very nice house with a nice terrace and furniture and wonderfully private. I highly recommend this cottage for a lovely quiet stay. Wiljlhelmine has been a Superhost for us.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

We had a pleasant stay in the cottage. The house is very well renovated, with nice decoration and very clean. Some board games available which was very nice. The equipment for 2 babies was perfect. The house is light and calm. We enjoyed the sea view at the end of the village (a few dozen meters away) and the walks in the surroundings. The garden is fully fenced, which is very safe for children or pets. We recommend this place to stay.

Excellent stay with friends. We enjoyed this lovely cottage, very quiet, in the countryside and close to the sea. The two bedrooms are spacious, bright, each have their own bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped and the stove is very nice in the evening. Thanks to Garance for his warm welcome, the delicious artichokes, the flare-up before our late arrival!

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

We were welcomed very well by charming and attentive owners. And great tips for sightseeing and dining. The setting is idyllic a short walk along the bay to discover the majestic MONT ST MICHEL from the south. The little maisonette is not only pretty but functional. Very pleasant week for 2 couples with comfort and kitchen necessities and a very pleasant exterior, especially on the terrace and the ball court for relaxation. Mireille’s place was set in a beautiful location, overlooking the beach. The sunset was stunning. The house was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The outside space was beautiful also and it was very pleasant sitting outside when the weather permitted. There was all the equipment and amenities we desired. Mireille gave us some great recommendations for eating out and was there to meet us on arrival. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, an excellent five day stay. We used the house as our base to visit sites around Normandy..
