Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil et sera votre point de contact privilégié lors de votre séjour, ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne, avec sa magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif : 25€ grand lit, 15€ petit lit, serviette incluse).

Logement 3* avec terrasse entre terre & mer

Duplex à l'étage d'une maison familiale, entièrement rénové en 2024, avec parking privé et jardin clos. Classé 3 étoiles. Vous serez les seuls occupants de cette maison. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur avec terrasse, exposée plein sud. Dans un hameau typique et calme, à la campagne sur la route du Vent solaire et du GR34, entre les plages de La Torche, Tronoën et Tréguennec. Baignades, surf, planche et char à voile, pêche, observatoire à oiseaux, équitation, VTT et randonnées. Wifi.

Villa Colette, charm and exceptional sea view

La Villa Colette est une maison pleine d'âme posée face à la mer. Longtemps endormie, elle a retrouvé vie grâce à Olivier, qui a su préserver son charme d'antan. Derrière ses volets aux petits coeurs se cachent à l’étage , deux chambres lumineuses et spacieuses , une troisième chambre s’ouvre sur le jardin , (très belle vue mer pour les 3 ) deux salles de bains . Un voyage poétique et marin( surf devant la maison ) Le temps d’un week end à mi saison, ou plus longtemps l’été .

Maison atypique, neuve, située entre le port de Kérity et le phare d'Eckmühl. Vous profiterez d'une vue sur le phare de toutes les pièces et d'une vue sur l'océan de la chambre du haut. A pied, l'océan est à une minute, le phare à 2min et le port de Kérity à 5min ! Vous séjournerez dans une maison entièrement en bois, éco conçue. Sur pilotis, située sur un grand terrain, arboré au Sud et Est. 2 places de parking à l'entrée. Pas de volets dans la chambre du haut.

Welcome to our bright and newly renovated apartment. You will stay 1.5 km from La Torche Beach, the best surf spot in Brittany. Board sports enthusiasts: the surf school and the shaper are at the foot of the house, the surf shop across the street. Gastronomes, Nuance, a Michelin-starred restaurant is 50 m away. Want nature? The dune trails start just around the corner from the house and offer you magnificent walks between sand, ocean and wild landscapes.

The Saint-Vio House

Located just a stone's throw from the famous chapel of Saint Vio and its miraculous fountain, Céline's house was built in the middle of nature facing the ocean.
