Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Johns River

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

Nice place overall. Outside of the building was a little skeptical but once your inside the house it’s nice and clean.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jared's place! It looked exactly like the photos, very clean, and included all the basics needs (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods). The location was ideal, as our main goal was Legoland but we wanted to explore Orlando's attractions as well. It's also the perfect location for Disney travelers, though we didn't go there on this trip. Jared was an excellent host! Proactive and prompt in communication and appreciative of feedback. When asking my son what I should include he shared, "I had a huge, comfy bed all to myself!" (Referencing the sofa bed.) I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Great stay, perfect for small families, close to walmart, magic kingdom, pool had our kids tired. We will definitely book again!

Ken’s beach house was clean, relaxing and exactly what we needed! The deck had beautiful views that were perfect for morning coffee. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The local food was delicious. Absolutely would recommend and would love to visit again.

Loved Joseph and Megan’s place. We had everything we needed and the short walk to the beach from their backyard was perfect!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

This AirBNB was so clean, comfy, and inviting. The atmosphere was clean and tidy, and we felt right at home for the night. The surrounding area is lovely and the amenities and space for the price we paid was great. Glenn was a great host!

Natalie’s home was the perfect vacation spot for our family. It’s tucked away in a super quiet, secluded area, which made it feel like our own private retreat. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Our toddler especially loved swimming and had a blast on the swings and slide in the yard. Another plus was the location, we were just a short drive from both Kelly Rock Springs and Wekiwa Springs, which made planning our days really easy. We’d absolutely stay here again. Dori is an excellent host. I have never had an Airbnb host contact me personally like Dori and make sure we had everything we needed. Her place has a full kitchen, comfortable beds, a soaking tub and a standup shower. Looking for a place to go and bring your boat? The dock is lovely. We’ve stayed here two years now and love it. Nice and cozy place! Very clean and close to universal and epic universe! After a long day at the theme parks it was refreshing to arrive back to the Airbnb. 10/10

I’m going to tell you everything you need to hear. I ubered here from SFB. It was only $67. Plus tip, of course. I didn’t rent a car because everything you need to do is literally right here, if you’re here for beach activities. This location is everything. And they made sure we had everything we needed, right down to the mini bottles of wine that took care of my nervous energy. Thank you for everything! If I’m ever in town, without a doubt, I’ll look here first.

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

I enjoyed Ana's condo very much. Among the many features that stood out: whisper quiet air conditioning, outdoor porch with furniture, Smart TV with internet connection, tasteful furniture, comfortable bed, garage parking, convenience store across the street, Publix grocery store within walking distance.

Great area to stay and awesome host!

A few things stood out: The hosts thought of everything you can possibly need, extra charging cords, fans, lots of plugs, extra blankets, a little goody bag of snacks, wine and a bag of toiletries. Also, provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It’s a studio and had lots of storage, was clean and you can tell the hosts took pride in their listing, we will definitely go back! Thank you for having us and it was a perfect couple of days.
