Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Jouan-des-Guérets

Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Nice accommodation ideally located in the city center. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Impeccable and very pleasant apartment for a stay in Saint Malo. Jacqueline is approachable and responsive. Thank you for the sweet and chocolatey treat. We will definitely come back for a future stay in Saint Malo.

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

The apartment is exactly as described. It's small but well laid out. The neighborhood is quiet . It's easy and nice to walk to the inta-muros. The entrance to the apartment is through a lockbox, but Isabelle cares about whether everything is going smoothly. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint Malo.

Very pleasant and easy to access with the beach right next door

A little gem! Françoise's studio apartment is perfect for those looking for tranquility and comfort in the heart of the historic city of Saint-Malo. The location is excellent: you can reach everything on foot, even the Sillon beaches with a pleasant walk along the sea. The apartment is very clean, new and tastefully furnished, especially with wooden details that make it warm and welcoming. It is equipped with everything you need and, despite being an attic, the blackout windows allow you to sleep well even in the morning. Quiet and relaxing - there are only a few seagulls to remind you that you are near the sea! Françoise was very kind and very helpful, both for the exchange of keys and for some useful advice on the area. A really pleasant stay, I will gladly return (I already miss it!).

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

We had a very pleasant weekend with 6. The accommodation was impeccable and very well equipped for 6 people, including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there with your eyes closed!

We had a lovely holiday in St Suliac, everything just as described and house very clean. Area is spectacular, beautiful coastal walks and nice towns.

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Lovely apartment, had difficulty finding as the road was barred due to road works. Would have liked a bakery in walking distance. Excellent base for Dinard and St Malo
