We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Petit studio tout équipé sur terrain des propriétaires dans un joli petit village médiéval avec un magnifique château. Notre maison est juste à côté mais nous sommes assez discrets et nous respectons la tranquillité de nos voyageurs. Village et petits commerces de bourg accessibles à pieds . Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
