Charmante dépendance dans un écrin de verdure avec accès indépendant par notre jardin. Vous disposez d'une chambre et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. Une cafetière est à votre disposition. Suite aux recommandations des voyageurs, nous avons ajouté une table, un micro-ondes et un petit frigo. Petite terrasse extérieure avec table et chaises aux beaux jours, sans vis-à-vis. Possibilité de stationner votre véhicule ainsi que vos vélos. Le logement se situe aux environs des bords de Loire.

This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Fully renovated house in the heart of Beautour No car needed, you will find all the local shops: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacco shop a few meters from the accommodation. The busway is less than a 4-minute walk away and will allow you to access the city center in less than 15 minutes (free on weekends) Enjoy the banks of the Sèvre, just a 2-minute walk away. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the airport and the Beaujoire Stadium.

Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!
