Lovely T1 bis in the city center. Ideal location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bicycle racks are provided (within the limit of 2) so they will be safe.

We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Vous pourrez profiter à proximité d'un large choix de lieux culturels, de boutiques, d'excellents restaurants selon vos envies et votre budget. Fêtes et événements interdits.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Take a breather at the gates of Nantes! "Orval et sens" urban gîtes is at Pont du Cens in a quiet and green area. A direct line takes you by bus to the center of Nantes or to the train station. By car it's easy thanks to the proximity of the Nantes ring road and a free parking space is reserved for you. Here, everything is designed for your comfort, from bedding to bath towels. Many welcome products and a fully-equipped kitchen are there to make your stay pleasant.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!
