Très agréable séjour. L'appartement est confortable et fonctionnel, dans une rue piétonne calme et charmante, en plein centre-ville de La Ferté-Bernard. Très bonne literie. Tous les commerces ainsi que la base de loisirs sont accessibles à pied. Stationnement facile à proximité. La communication avec Christine a été très simple et réactive. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Logement identique aux photos! C’est un des meilleurs airbnb où j’ai logé, endroit hyper original, on s’y sent bien! Je reviendrai lors de ma prochaine venue au Mans! Allez-y les yeux fermés 😍

Très bon séjour. Le gîte est très agréable et proche de toutes les commodités. Virginie est très réactive. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos quelques jours dans cet appartement.

appartement fidèle à la description, effectivement attention aux escaliers très très étroits et raides à éviter avec de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées. La douche est également très petite mais fait le job... Très bon rapport qualité prix , Marjorie est très réactive et arrangeante ; je recommande !

Nous avons séjourné juste une nuit a l'occasion d'une soirée prévue dans les environs, la maison et les environs nous ont bien donné envie de revenir aux beaux jours.

Nous avons passés de merveilleuses fêtes de Noël dans cette charmante maison! L'environnement paisible, la maison typique en pierre avec son poêle à bois, les biches visibles chaque jour à la lisière de la forêt était complètement ce que l'on recherchait! Déconnexion complète. Très bonne literie, équipement de la cuisine au top, il ne manque rien. Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller la maison de Caroline qui de surcroît est une hôte très réactive et sympathique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille chez Victor. La maison est spacieuse, idéalement agencée et équipée pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants (lits bébés, chaise haute, jeux...). Le salon est confortable et dispose d'un poêle pour réchauffer les fins de journées fraiches. L'environnement est paisible et charmant. Nombreuses activités alentours (jolis villages, forêts, accrobranche, fermes...). Victor est très accueillant et réactif. Nous recommandons !

The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

We had a quick overnight stay driving back to England from Biscarosse-Plage. Just what we needed, including off road parking and basic kitchen items provided that were greatly received. Only minor point is that it was very hot in the house, particularly upstairs. Although we do appreciate this cannot be helped especially when it is high 30’s outside. Would highly recommend!

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

If we could give Olivier and Maud’s house more than 5 stars, we would. It was perfect! The house itself has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Our 19month old son also felt at home with toys to play with and the wonderful garden to play in. Olivier and Maud also provided a cot which suited our son well. The garden and surroundings are incredibly peaceful. You are very close to nature and we recorded 50+ different bird calls as well as seeing a hare in the neighbouring field. The intermarche is just down the road and convenient for shopping, as well as a good boulangarie. The neighbours are very friendly. Olivier were very responsive to messages and also very attentive. We could not have asked for a better week staying at Frechatel and other Air B&Bs are now going to have a job living up to such high expectations! We would love to return again in the future!
