A lovely cottage, which was very clean and comfortable. Lovely comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis is een huis met trappen. Jo had hiervoor gewaarschuwd. We werden dus niet verrast. In het huis miste je niets en alles was schoon en netjes. parkeren was wel een beetje een probleem. Maar uiteindelijk lukte dat goed.

Second time staying in these courtyard accommodations. Place was clean and welcoming, as expected. Particularly useful to have cot and highchair available. Communication with host was good. Location works well for us, easy to walk to shops and seafront and in to town.

Property was immaculate, great location and had everything we could possibly need. Adam is a 5-star host, perfect communication throughout. Could not recommend enough! Thank you for having us!

We loved Andy’s place, it was so cute and homey and had a really lovely, peaceful feeling. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the town and beach either through leafy paths or gorgeous village-like roads. We’d definitely come back.

We had a gorgeous trip to Hastings with the dog & the space was perfect for us. We were extremely comfortable & felt right at home. 🏠 We followed the local recommendations from Angela & co. & had some incredible cocktails not far from the Airbnb! 🍸 There’s a bus stop just round the corner with quick & easy access to Old Town which was perfect for us and the dog. 🐶 Angela checked in via message but still gave us our space so we felt very relaxed and looked after. Highly recommend this space for your next Hastings trip! (The view is amazing!) 🤩

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! The only downside was parking and the narrow street is generally jammed packed so had to park a few streets away. Aside from that we had a wonderful time (and very grateful for coffee machine). We were in Hastings for my mother’s funeral and this lovely home provided a safe and comforting environment to come home to. Thank you for a fantastic stay 💕

Tracy & Marks property was very spacious and just what we needed for a weekend get away with our friends and their families. We traveled with 3 children under 2 and luckily Tracy & Mark were very kind and flexible with our check in to work around nap/ feeding times which was a real help. The house itself has everything you need in the kitchen, which looks out onto a lovely garden, the dining room next door was very big and a great place for cooking group dinners, the lounge included a small pool table and a darts board, they also had a great selection of board games. The location is just a 4 minute drive from the beach front in Hastings, which had some great shops, & really lovely places to grab a bite to eat and drink. We had a fantastic stay, thank you both!

Lovely bright apartment, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms on the back of the building away from the road with views of trees and shrubbery. Complimentary milk and croissants were a lovely extra. If coming to Hastings again would stay here and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a great time at this special accommodation. The view of Battle Abbey was incredibly beautiful. The location was perfect to explore Battle and to take nice walks with the dog.

L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous! Rien ne manque niveau équipement, point +++. Literie au top ! L’emplacement est idéal, permettant facilement de visiter Hastings et les environs à pieds ou en transport et alliant le calme et la proximité du centre-ville. Madelaine a toujours été réactive et l’accueil a été très agréable et facilité par les explications et conseils donnés sur place. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée sont un vrai plus ! Il est bon de savoir que les bruits et pas de l’étage se font entendre mais Madelaine & son mari ont toujours été très respectueux et ces bruits ne sont donc pas gênants. Merci ☺️

The apartment is in a fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach, old town and shops. A car park is nearby. All the rooms were spacious and clean. We travelled with a buggy and it would have been a problem if we had to bring it into the apartment (you have to go up four flights of stairs) but thankfully we were told we could leave it downstairs. We did not use the kitchen much but it was equipped with a variety of appliances and tools which could come in handy. Would recommend this place.

Stayed at Caroline’s apartment for a wedding on what turned out to be the nicest weekend weather-wise! The apartment was perfect — spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was lovely, and it’s in an ideal location within easy walking distance to great eateries and bars. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

The flat was extremely cosy and clean, had no problems finding the place and it was incredibly to get into the place. It over looked the beach which was nice in the morning and in the evening. It can be occasionally nosy but that due to people speeding down the main road. It was handy to have a Tesco nearby which is only like 5-6 minutes away. Overall had a lovely stay there and would definitely come back in the future.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

Great apartment, very warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s ideally situated for walking into Bexhill town centre and the beach is moments away. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Andrea we hope to return soon.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

Richard was a wonderful host - so helpful and responsive and gave us lots of recommendations. We had a really fantastic stay. The flat was bigger than anticipated! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to do the Seven Sisters hike! Thank you Richard :)

Kimberley's place is an unexpected delight. As soon as you walk in the apartment door you are hit with the 'WOW!' factor - it is truly stunning and the attention to detail is next to none. She has created a tranquil haven of bohemiam beauty, with everything you could possibly need for a stay by the sea. The location itself was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything in Hastings and St Leonard's, and with a gorgeous view of the ever-changing seascape. Kimberley was the most thoughtful and responsive host and had considered absolutely every tiny detail for guests. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere special with buckets of character! Thank you Kimberley 😌

This little house suited very well for our needs. The host was very helpful and friendly. This house lies close to the train station and it is not fare to the sea.

Patrick's flat has a great location, close to the train station, the Old Town and Morrisons supermarket. It is also a three-minute walk from West Hill, which offers the most beautiful views of the Old Town and the see. The flat is well-maintained, clean and bright. The living room has a nice view, and the kitchen has a lovely small garden with a terrace. Patrick was always available and responded to my messages. We highly recommend this place!
