Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Maixant

Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is very charming, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The environment is calm, soothing, ideal for recharging. We especially enjoyed the pool. Host was very available. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this place without second thought!

What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Passing through the Sauternes for a gastronomic hike, we were able to appreciate the calm and comfort of the gite le Cosy as well as the warm welcome of Cathy. The cottage is perfectly clean and very well equipped, even for long stays, it is well arranged and tastefully decorated. In short, we will not hesitate to come back on the occasion of a trip to the area.

I stayed three nights with our others, who were very welcoming and precise, the accommodation is very well maintained, the bedding is really comfortable. The place is impeccable, easy to park, small village, charming. Recommended

The apartment is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and welcoming. The bed was large and comfortable with crisp but soft sheets. There was fresh water, condiments and all you needed to settle in for a short or long stay. I loved the location looking at the grand church across the road. The tram was only a few metres away. Lots of food shops, bars and cafes. In short, it was perfect for my one week stay. Thank you.

Lea’s place was amazing - location in the heart of the historic district with balcony views to one of the ancient city gates. We traveled here for my dad’s 70th birthday and could not have been happier with the home. Lea was also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming, on a charming street in historic Bordeaux, just a few blocks walk to the river and surrounded by wonderful cafes, bakeries, and shops. The arrangement of two bedrooms and baths was perfect for two couples traveling together. The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine and tea kettle, as well as cooking equipment. There were fans as well as lovely windows to let in the fresh air. There is a small terrace off the back bedroom; however, it was locked off due to some safety concerns at the time of our stay, so we did not get to enjoy it. That said, we were not at the apartment much so it was really no big inconvenience. Ariele’s communication was great and she left a helpful guide with recommendations, as well as a map of the city which was very helpful being our first time in Bordeaux. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Laurent’s studio was a great studio for the two of us , perfect location with many restaurants and cafes near by. We planned to visit the wine festival which was also easily accessible to the studio . Laurent was the perfect host.

The accommodation is well-equipped, bright, spacious enough and matches (and even exceeds!) the description in an environment conducive to relaxation and close to nature. Great stopover in Bordeaux, well located with trams and buses 5mn walk, the airport by tram 45mn. Nice, atypical apartment, very nice terrace. Lucile's apartment was great! Easy to walk to town center but still close to restaurants and cafes. The space is great for two people with an amazing terrace. Wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend.
