Close to TGV/bus (300 m)/maritime (1 km) stations, historic center (600 m), casino, convention center and beaches (600 m), this 25 m2 apartment is on the 1st level of a 3-story building (no elevator but wide hall/staircase). The windows overlook a closed inner courtyard: no sea view but guaranteed calm, 2 steps from the sea! Provided: linen, coffee, tea, sugar... etc.

A private sheltered and secure parking lot allows you to park your vehicle. In July and August, rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

Only a few feet away from the beach and the city walls, this cosy and bright duplex is an ideal getaway for two. You will have to climb 4 flights of stairs but the view is worth the effort ! Beaches, restaurants, shopping... just park your car and enjoy doing EVERYTHING on foot. You can even just take the train as the station is only a short walk away (20min), or use public transportation Make the most of your day and enjoy the sunset when you are back !
