La rue est néanmoins très calme malgré son emplacement stratégique. Le petit plus ? Une jolie arrière-cour, aménagée et à l’abri des regards et une place de parking.

Le Plongeoir boasts its Malouin roots, in a building built after the war by the architect who built the Bon Secours Pool in 1936; you are here in what was his office. The apartment and its layout were refurbished in 2022.
