Enjoy the easy life by the seaside in a romantic old town with the proximity to shops and restaurants. Discover all activities that the central family beach of St Enogat offers or find a smaller beach. End your day by discovering the fantastic restaurant food nearby or taking an evening walk near the sea. 200m away from the house, you will find a small grossery shop, two bakeries , a drugstore and a streetmarket taking place once a week during the summer. Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Nous proposons à la location, dans le bourg de Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, cette charmante longère rénovée en 2024. D’une surface de 90 m², elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Elle comprend une pièce à vivre de 45 m², une cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une salle de bain, des WC séparés, ainsi qu’un extérieur d’environ 100 m². The house is located in the center of Dinard, 50 m from a large free parking lot, (except July and August) 400 m from the beach and close to shops. You can do everything on foot once you arrive: the famous market (50 m), the market hall, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, casino, beaches, port (sea bus). Townhouse on the ground floor (55 m2) completely refurbished in 2016, fully equipped with a small garden, ideal for couples alone or with children (sleeps 4)
