The sea is a stone's throw away (30-minute walk, 2 km drive) and beautiful walks on foot or by bike will allow you to discover the Pays de Caux (GR21, marked trails).

Just 3 km from Etretat, 13 km from Fécamp, 30 km from Le Havre, you will have all the advantages of the countryside without the disadvantages.

Our house, completely renovated, is in the heart of the village and its shops, 5 min walk to the beach and on the way to the GR21. You will appreciate it for its calm, its comfort, its brightness, its sunny garden facing south. Possibility to swim, fish, go for walks, golf, tennis, discover this beautiful region of the alabaster coast (Fécamp, Étretat, Veules les roses, Varengeville...). Our place is great for couples and families, not groups.

Clean, the cabin will offer you moments (and colors) of rare beauty to recharge your batteries alone, with family or friends and enjoy: hiking, gastronomy, kite surfing, paragliding, fishing or simply living nature, the rhythm of the tides and rest. It seems that after sleeping in linen sheets you don't need them anymore. Its brightness and sound insulation make it particularly pleasant even in winter.

Atypical barn in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea

Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... Le Fournil de Theuville (Theuville Bakery)

ATTENTION: Wood stove out of service for winter 2025-2026 but the house is well heated. The bakery of Theuville is a former bakery located 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the town of Fécamp, its museums and its many activities. It was completely renovated in 2019 in a residential accommodation with a surface area of 80 sqm and has a 1800 sqm lot. You will find a large number of amenities for your convenience.
