A 5-minute walk from Vésubia Mountain Park!All shops are a 5-minute walk from the property. Very easy parking: private in the property or in the adjoining parking spaces. Possibility of having lunch in the garden.

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour national park, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7/7 and 24/24 gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.

Ideally located, 5 minutes walk from Vésubia Mountain Park and the center of the village, 15 minutes from the Colmiane, the Boréon and the Madonna de Fenestre for nature lovers. Parking close to the accommodation. Pets not allowed.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Canadian cottage of 20 m2 completely new and equipped, consisting of a main room with mezzanine plus an annex of 6 m2 with laundry and storage. A 20 m2 solarium terrace with stunning views of the vesubie valley and mercantour park. Ideally located, 5 minutes from the spa resort of berthemont baths , and about twenty minutes from the various departures to the mercantour park: Vallées de la gordolasque, du boréon and la madonna des fenestres.

My place is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. South, not overlooked, nearby parking lots. The village opens up its hiking trails on the Mercantour. The accommodation is renovated (May 2020). It consists of a kitchen area open to the living room, which opens onto a charming balcony. There is also a shower room with towel dryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate. Finally, there is a small bedroom. Please note, to access the bed, you need to climb a few steps.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
