The lower level of our house (technically the basement) is designed to be an apartment, offering 1400 sq. ft. of relaxing and spacious fun. This is a great space and value for up to six people. The space is closed off from the rest of the house with total privacy. We’re located in a quiet neighborhood in the Highlands and conveniently located to a diverse set of restaurants, highways and grocery.

Room is a stand alone efficiency with a kitchenette, blackout curtains, and reclining queen bed. It has one designated parking space and seperate entrance. Our cozy home is tucked back off the road, located directly behind the Mellwood Art Center. The neighborhood has a large selection of restaurants and one of the best bars for live music in the city Mellwood Tavern. Nulu, Downtown and the Highlands are all very close by. This home is a good option for couples, families, or a trip with friends. Great for a Travel Nurse with a dog
