St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village that has all the amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Suite esprit vacances avec en rdc une pièce à vivre accueillant un clic-clac servant de deuxième couchage, tv, wifi et une petite cuisine séparée (frigo top, un rond induction, four combiné (micro-ondes et four), grille pain, bouilloire, Tassimo. L'étage dispose d’un couchage en 140x190 et d’une salle d’eau séparée avec wc. La voiture et le moyen de déplacement à privilégier. Animaux non acceptés. caméra sur parking pour vigilance.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Come and stay with family or friends in this attractive castle by its charm and its location in a family winery, with a beautiful view of a wooded valley and the vineyards of the Entre Deux Mers.
