Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Mawi Lodge Le Porge: 10 min to the ocean

Close to the city center with amenities within walking or cycling distance (bike path opposite), 10 minutes from the ocean, Mawi Lodge is a small, completely independent house located in a quiet area near the forest. It has all the comforts with its separate bedroom, equipped kitchen open to the living room and bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Wooden cottage located in Saint-Denis-de-Pile, outdoor swimming pool (unheated), terrace and garden, private parking. All linens are provided. 15 minutes from St Émilion, and vineyard castles. 5 min from Libourne and the "La Calinésie" aquatic center. Need to have a vehicle. No smoking inside the cottage.
