New studio, very quiet, private terrace, shared pool access, private parking, close to Ariane Group sites, bus 800 meters to reach Bordeaux center (in 45' with the G bus) 30' by car airport 15' by car (or 20' with the 39 bus), 30' from the ocean, beaches, lake, the largest wine castles, the Golf du Medoc. Surrounded by bike paths, the Studio is a starting point for beautiful bike rides. The large swimming pool (9x4.5 meters) is in a beautiful garden with trees.

Accommodation in a pleasant neighborhood outside of St Médard (Magudas). An adjoining staircase will lead you to the studio, accessible via a separate entrance through the garden.
