This unique place has a style all its own. "La Belle Onde" gîte, very recent, (60 m2) 600 m from Cormier beach, in La Plaine-sur-Mer. On enclosed land of 220 m2. Quiet. 1 km from Tharon beach with its large market on Tuesdays and Fridays.  3 km from La Plaine-sur-Mer. 7 km from Pornic. Linens and towels are provided! Courtyard terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. For musicians, I make my piano available (upon request).

Comfortable House in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef

We rent our house for a few days this summer in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef. Located in the city center, next to the bakery and the famous biscuit shop, the beach and convenience stores can be reached by foot. The house (65m²) has been totally refurbished this year and will be a comfortable departure point to discover this lovely area. We speak english as well and a bit of german and spanish so international travelers are more than welcome!

Summer Vacation

Come and stay at this fisherman's house 200m from the beach and 500m from shops! You can enjoy a sunny outdoor space or get in the shade of the pergola. Long sandy beach accessible to all. A development area for water sports (kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing...) is marked out in season. First aid station and emergency terminal. Coastal dune forest of L. A. de la Pierre Attelée exceptional site.

50 m2 house where the living is good with large enclosed outdoor courtyard facing south. Ideal location, close to all shops and beaches. Pets allowed, the yard is completely enclosed, no grass but synthetic turf. I'll show you a pedestrian path for them to do their business. Cleaning remains the responsibility of the tenant. Towels and linens are provided, sheets can be rented (€10 per pair). Board games available

House near the sea under the pines

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space 200 m from the sea. 60 m² house, with a south-facing terrace not overlooked and a west-facing terrace to enjoy the setting sun. Fully fenced 450 m² landscaped garden, on a non-passing street, petanque court, close to amenities Spacious fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a small covered terrace. Secure parking with electric gate.

Waterfront Cottage

Charming small 32 m² house renovated in 2020 on the Côte de Jade in St Michel Chef Chef in a private residence between Pornic (11 km) and St Brevin (6 km). Come and enjoy the pretty beach of Gohaud just 400 m from the house, as well as the 2 swimming pools of the residence open from June 14 to September 14, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Very colorful vacation home 50 m from the sea

Family house largely renovated in a very colorful pop/70's atmosphere, located less than 50 m from the sea. For the months of July and August, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation is suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility. Nevertheless, there is a step to get into the ground floor bathroom.
