Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Michel-Escalus

Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The accommodation is as in the photos with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just bring your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, the golf course, the swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it ;) Lots of restaurants for foodies by the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. In short, I am delighted with this beautiful corner of paradise, it is exactly what I needed. Thank you again Arthur and see you soon.

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

Comfortable apartment and consistent with the photos located in a rather quiet residence. Modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. A big thank you to Christophe for hosting us. He was also very accommodating in agreeing with us on the best times for our arrival and departure. The only downside for us who like to walk are the distances to get to Biarritz or the beaches (3 to 4 km). Car is therefore a must. But no problem to move because we always found a place when we returned from our walk.

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication and hospitality was perfect, very appreciated kindness and kindness. The location is amazing, once the suitcases are packed, everything is easily done on foot. The view from the deck is fantastic. The quality of the bedding is very good and the place is tastefully decorated. EVERYTHING comes together for a very pleasant stay and create wonderful memories.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The location is ideal, close to the center and 2 steps from the lake. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The provision of bicycles is a real plus! Cécile welcomed us very well, she was responsive and accommodating :)

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

Impeccable accommodation, in line with the listing and ideally located in the Saint-Charles district, a stone's throw from Miramar beach. Lively and pleasant neighborhood. Tom is a very welcoming host, with great tips for enjoying Biarritz. A great stay, highly recommend!

Ideally located accommodation, with everything within walking distance (beach, shops, walks, etc.). The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and has a beautiful terrace as well as a garden that goes all around the accommodation. Even in hot weather, it remained pleasantly cool thanks to its location on the ground floor. Bernard and his partner are adorable: they will be able to advise you on the region and respond to any special requests. If we return to the area, we will rent this accommodation again without hesitation! 😊

Great loft a few steps away from the main street, restaurants, boulangerie, and the main surfing beach. Perfect for longer stays. The parking spot is a convenient bonus. The place is very well-designed, super clean, and fully equipped with top quality appliances and furnishing. Wifi worked really well. Jean-Louis is incredibly friendly and helpful.
