Great value for the money. Thank you for the little extras for the little one (travel cot, potty, booster chair...) Thank you also for the bicycles, one of which with a baby carrier, that remained available. It was very nice to be in such a calm and soothing place and to be able to see the chickens, look for the eggs, the children also enjoyed seeing the little chick, the turtles during your spouse's visit. They were very happy to be able to play with your children's indoor and outdoor games and toys. Finding a swing and a slide was also a plus for the children. We appreciated the fact that there is no TV and wifi, we even decided to put all the phones away throughout the stay. A 4-day weekend without screens, the best! Thank you for all the information and the very pleasant communication. We'll come back 😊

We had a very good night at this beautiful country house, ideal for relaxing. The house was perfectly as advertised and impeccably clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the two bathrooms are a real plus. Christelle was very responsive and pleasant in our exchanges. And for evenings without a kitchen, a nearby pizzeria (13 minutes walk or 2 minutes' drive) does the job perfectly.

We are happy with our stay. The house is spacious, there are lots of toys, books for the kids. The garden is large and the proximity to the surrounding forest is pleasant. The beach is close by car, the supermarket too. The neighborhood is quiet. We may be back ☺️

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Alexandra has always responded quickly and is very accommodating. In the height of summer, it could get warm in the upper bedrooms, as the air conditioning only covers the main room on the ground floor. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay with a great beach location.

We had a nice vacation in the accommodation, we especially liked the terrace. There is also a dishwasher.

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

If you decide to rent this studio you can go with your eyes closed, there is absolutely everything, not forgetting breakfast. We really enjoyed the contact with Sylvie, she is warm and takes the time to listen to you. We'll keep this address for next time. Thank you Sylvie.

Very good hospitality, lovely, lots of good tips to advise us, we made wonderful discoveries thanks to their advice, the accommodation is superb and very well maintained, the location of the accommodation is perfect, city center 5 min walk, the magnificent Lake Soustons is 2 min walk. Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The accommodation is as in the photos with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just bring your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, the golf course, the swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it ;) Lots of restaurants for foodies by the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. In short, I am delighted with this beautiful corner of paradise, it is exactly what I needed. Thank you again Arthur and see you soon.

Ideally located accommodation, with everything within walking distance (beach, shops, walks, etc.). The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and has a beautiful terrace as well as a garden that goes all around the accommodation. Even in hot weather, it remained pleasantly cool thanks to its location on the ground floor. Bernard and his partner are adorable: they will be able to advise you on the region and respond to any special requests. If we return to the area, we will rent this accommodation again without hesitation! 😊

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Laurents place was so homey and had everything we needed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool and its well within walking distance to the beautiful beach. We loved it so much we extended our stay by a day!
