Amanda is a great host who is very responsive. The house is very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Great location that is peaceful and quiet with plenty to do close by with the advantage of the pool and on site facilities. Some great pubs and restaurants close by too. This was our 2nd time and we will definitely be back again.

The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

Enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed. Great location for seeing different parts of Cornwall. Good to have the facilities on site especially the swimming pool which my boys loved.

The Lodge was fab! The decor was outstanding. The hosts communication was perfect. I would choose the accomodation again in a heart beat! Thanks so much!! 😆

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

We didn't spend alot of time there, due to the activities we had planned, but very comfortable and accommodating. Would stay again.

This stay in St Issey at Scott’s place FAR exceeded my expectations! It made me want to move here. The kitchen was so well equipped, and incredibly clean. Modern, high-quality appliances, dishes, coffee maker(s!), and beautiful energy/surroundings of this 17th century home renovated immaculately with the highest taste and highest quality. Super comfortable furniture, bedding, towels. Michelin-rated restaurants within walking distance. Hike/bike trail access just steps away… Complete privacy / nothing but bird song and sunsets over the field looking down to the water. I cannot wait to return! Hosts were the most responsive and helpful I’ve ever encountered. The home was beautifully appointed with every little detail. Fast Wi-Fi for my work in a lovely historic location. We like to cook/everything we needed was there. We also like to dine out & the multiple “fine” and casual restaurants in walking distance were “over the top” for this “Gourmand”. Plenty of hot water for tub, shower etc.

Danielle's house is absolutely beautiful. It is super clean, and furnished to a high standard. She has thought of everything to make it a perfect home from home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom has a great rain shower and a lovely bath, plenty of soft towels and even bath robes! The beds are really comfortable with quality bedding. We took full advantage of the outside area - having breakfast on the deck and tea on the sofa in the afternoon. The extra touches were lovely, flowers and a welcome tray of goodies plus milk in the fridge. The driveway down the side of the property was perfect with enough space to turn the car around. The location was great for us to visit The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick and the coastal path from Mawgan Porth. The local village has an amazing sour dough bakery, butcher and local co-op. Everything you need if self catering. Can't recommend this property highly enough.

We had a great stay at the Gables and particularly enjoyed using the amenities including the hot tub, pool table and darts board. We had fierce family competitions most days. There was plenty of space for everyone to chill out and the main bedroom suite is huge. The house had a really homey feel with a touch of luxury with beautiful bedding and towels. The location of the property was great for the local shops including a spa, butchers, bakers and fishmonger which were all excellent. We were able to walk our dog down the hill to Porthilly beach most days which was lovely. With grandparents in tow we usually drove down to Rock and got the ferry over to Padstow which made for a lovely days out. Or simply to sit on a beach and enjoy the view. We would highly recommend the Gables for large family gatherings.

An excellent house in a fantastic location in the heart of Polzeath. The house is perfect for small families and Dominic was extremely helpful in helping when required.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

Just spent a long Easter break at Beth’s lovely lodge, neatly tucked away within a few paces of fabulous & bustling Polzeath beach with all its’ amenities. Enjoyed fabulous coastal walks & local activities, including fitness classes & sauna right next door ! So nice not to use the car! The accommodation was just perfect for us …..spotlessly clean, modern, spacious & comfortable with everything we needed. Absolutely no problems at all! I was particularly impressed that the main bedroom was en-suite with a very useful dressing room. Thank you Beth & also for your local recommendations which were excellent! We’ll be back!!

Sian's home was a fantastic base to explore the north Cornwall beaches, Padstow, Polzeath, and Tintagel. The beds were comfy, plenty of space, with a beautiful little suntrap for a garden. The utility room was incredibly handy with 2 sandy boys and a dog! Kitchen was very well stocked, and the decoration and furnishings were fab. Wadebridge has everything you need... the Saltbox was a fave (great pizzas) and easy to hire bikes to go along the camel trail. Great holiday. Thank you!

We loved our stay here - the view from the terrace is stunning. The accommodation is very spacious and well-designed. The 3 ensuite bathrooms are of high quality. Port Isaac is a fishing village full of character and the surrounding coastline is wonderful. It's very useful to have a private parking space. Would highly recommend a stay here .

Lovely little cottage in pristine condition.

Our family of five had a wonderful week at Heron Cottage. The house is lovely with plenty of space and tastefully furnished, and just steps away from cafes, shops and the harbour. There are beautiful views from the attic room - a lovely spot to sit with a cuppa in the morning! It really was our home from home. Clare and Mike left us a lovely tea loaf and wine and were incredibly helpful with arrival details and directions. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We had a great time in Padstow at Sarah’s house. It is a great location, with being able to walk into Padstow and a short distance drive to many other beaches. Sam was such a wonderful host being very helpful and accommodating prior to our stay and during. The house is extremely comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely look to stay again.

We had an amazing week at Helen’s place exploring the local area and relaxing with the kids. Helen and David were amazing hosts, they were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The house is really well appointed with all the necessary amenities, and is situated in the middle of beautiful Cornish countryside with each access to the Camel Trail. Many beaches are a short drive away. Couldn’t recommend the place enough, would be coming back again!

Very peaceful stay at Trevose, we loved watching the cows graze in the nearby field. Port Quin and Port Isaac are only a few minutes drive away.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this fantastic house, it easily fitted 7 adults and two small dogs. The attention to detail in decor and amenities was impressive, there was literally nothing that we thought we needed as everything was thought of and provided and more. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The four double bedrooms (1 was a king or 2 singles) were very comfortable and quality toiletries provided in the three bathrooms. The shared areas were spacious and comfortable with plentiful seating, and all ages catered for. The hot tub and fire pit on the decking was great, and the view from the front of the house is stunning! Denise was proactive from the start and ensured our stay was a perfect 10 out of 10! We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely home from home.

Lovely cottage, very well equipped. Ideal for us with the dog. There was a walk down to the beach just a few yards away and then only half a mile to the main beach that leads right around to Daymer Bay. We often stay Padstow side and really enjoyed the difference on Rock side.

Really enjoyed our week in Port Isaac. This house is in an excellent location close to all the restaurants and shops in this lovely town. The fantastic views will be missed. I highly recommend a stay here
