This apartment with 2 balconies in a building classified as a historic monument offers a magnificent view of the sea and direct access to the beach. The apartment, partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a laundromat (for a fee). The accommodation is close to the port, shops, restaurants, and the train station. Direct TGV to Montparnasse is a 25-minute walk away, and there is a shuttle bus.
