From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Apartment with large covered terrace offering splendid sea views. Direct access to Les Sables Blancs beach and its water activities. Thalasso Valdys is right next door. Access to the GR34 for superb hikes. Close-by shops and restaurants. 3rd and top floor in a secure luxury residence with swimming pool open from 06/15 to 09/30, Wi-Fi, private parking in the basement, elevators. Pedestrian path leading to the marina. Great for discovering our beautiful region.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
