Bernadette and Alain offer a 35 m² fully renovated apartment, 2 rooms, kitchen on the ground floor of our cottage with private parking. - In the bedroom: 1 bed 160 x 200 or 2 beds 80 x 200. Please let us know your preference before you check in. - Towels and bedding are included in the rental price. - CLEANING: Cleaning is to be done before your departure. - On site it is possible to choose the cleaning fee option at €20 Ski slopes 3/4 km away, hiking, body of water

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

Located in the village of Chaucisse, 1300 m above sea level, on the ground floor of the owners' chalet, not overlooked, at the foot of the Aravis. The first shops are 5/6 km away. The accommodation is located in an environment protected from any hustle and bustle, 500 m from the village with access via a drivable road. Numerous hiking trails. I offer you my beautiful chalet up on the mountain ;-) A true haven of peace, this cocoon benefits from all modern comforts and a large SOUTH-facing terrace offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range. It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

The Grenier

Spacious and comfortable chalet in a small village in Savoie, near Flumet, at the heart of the Val d'Arly. 10mns away from the skis pistes of the Espace Diamant (group of 6 ski resorts).
