If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Le logement est très sympa (conforme à la description), spacieux, fonctionnel , propre et bien entretenu, idéal pour un séjour en famille. Avec notre arrivée tardive, nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Pierre-Henri, qui nous a permis de prendre possession de lieux de façon et qui a été particulièrement attentif à nous transmettre toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour. C'est très agréable que les lits soient préparés à notre arrivée et que tout le linge et accessoires de toilette soient fournis. Belle attention pour un bel accueil. Je recommande.

We had a wonderful summer stay, the chalet was brilliantly equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is amazing and the chalet has everything you need for a fab stay. We've only been back a day and already missing the wonderful mountain views. We loved the quiet location, with easy access to the town and the hiking trails. We had a car, but didn't need to use it. It was our first visit to Chamonix and we can't wait to return, thank you for a great stay.

Un petit chalet avec tout le confort nécessaire, au calme, point de départ idéal pour les amoureux de randonnées. Conciergerie réactive et à l'écoute.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits chez Justine et Steven avec notre bébé et notre petit de 2 ans. Le logement est très mignon, très bien situé, très bien équipé, même avec des enfants. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

We could not have asked for a more amazing three weeks. The chalet is in an exceptional location on the hillside above Arc 1600. The views on all sides are breathtaking - sunsets and sunrises, Mont Blanc, the Tarentaise Valley. The morning birdsong is deafening. You're pretty undisturbed up there - the occasional skier passing or parapenter taking off or snow-shoer wandering by. The chalet itself is beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped and the huge terrace has sun all day on sunny days. Laurent is an excellent host. It is accessible either by skidoo (on arrival with luggage); a chairlift then T-bar on skis (quite easy with groceries from a visit to the shop in 1600) or, if the drag isn't running, it's an easy 250m walk up from the chairlift. (The walk down to the village takes around fifteen minutes but longer in deep snow, the walk up from the village could be done by brisk walkers in twenty five minutes but it is uphill all the way).

Martine a été une hôte accueillante. Elle a su se faire discrète mais pour autant disponible au besoin, ce qui peut être pratique. Sa maison est très spacieuse et typique ambiance montagne😍. Il y a beaucoup de balade à proximité et nous avons même pu tester le restaurant la ferme des trois ours juste à côté du chalet qui fut un régale. Je recommande le logement de Martine les yeux fermés. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Les chiens ont également adorés ! nous reviendrons sans problème. ☺️

Séjour très agréable avec vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont Blanc. Hôte très accueillante et disponible. Logement de très bonne qualité et très propre. Quartier calme et proche des commerces et des balades. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci pour cet excellent séjour. Envie d'y revenir.

Séjour parfait, l’appartement, l’emplacement nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, tout est organisé pour que nous soyons bien !

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Wauw! Wat een prachtig verblijf! Pauline wachtte ons op en kwam met een hoop tips voor de omgeving. Het huisje was nog mooier dan we hadden verwacht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen op loopafstand te bereiken. Ook met de auto ben je snel bij diverse bezienswaardigheden. Het is een ideale plek als uitvalsbasis om de Franse Alpen te ontdekken. Een aanrader!

Their place is gorgeous, it was even better than what I expected from the photos. Every room is tastefully decorated in a cozy way, we felt right at home. There was a wonderful basket of toys for our kids to play with. The view from the back terrace and garden is simply amazing. We all loved spending time out in the garden enjoying the view. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, and private. Easy parking, good communication, annd warm welcome on arrival. And the view, the view, the view!! Gladly would stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le magnifique chalet de Stacey. Spacieux, fonctionnel, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Avec en prime une vue magnifique sur la chaîne du Mont-Blanc ! Encore un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Nice apartment with a mountain view and close to restaurants and Megeve. It may feel a little tiny if staying for a long time, but it worked great for us for a short stay (2 adults, 2 kids).

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was great! Could walk into town or on the road above to the ski bus. Bed was a little squeaky and kept waking us up every time we moved in the night. Other than that the stay was great and would definitely come back again! Thank you for having us!

A stunning chalet in the most beautiful of surroundings! Very homely with all the amenities you need. We came with 2 kids and the chalet had everything we would need as a family, with plenty of toys to keep everyone entertained. The views from the chalet are breathtaking and it’s so easy to get to Flaine and Les Carroz from there. The walks near by are also perfect, especially for little hikers. The mountain views from the apartment were amazing. It was a short 10m drive into the town center, restaurants and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

The cottage was very quiet and peaceful. Quite secluded with a beautiful view of the valley below. The inside was cozy. Alain was very accommodating and went out of his way to take care of all needs in spite the wonderful isolation of the cabin. The restaurant below was very good.

Le chalet est dans un cadre magnifique au milieu de la nature avec une vue exceptionnelle, il est confortable, bien aménagé, fonctionnel en restant joli et sobre. La cuisine est équipée avec qualité, , on peut bien cuisiner, la literie est de très bonne qualité et tout est impeccable c'est très agréable. Plusieurs randonnées partent directement du chalet et la région est extrêmement riche de loisirs de pleine nature et de visites culturelles vers Aoste. L'accueil, la réactivité, la gentillesse de Joël sont un +. Toute la famille a vraiment envie de revenir
