The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Secret Pod

Hidden away with a view onto the Marshes the pod is a lovely retreat from the world. Its a 4ft wide double bed in a pod with a little sink, a mini fridge and a kettle, there is an air fryer and microwave available if wanted. You have your own little terrace with outside dining space and we have a barbecue available for hire if you want, or you can pop down the pub across the road and sit by the river. Showers & Toilet are 30m from property in shared Block.
