Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint Paul de Vence

Superfin och bra utrustad lägenhet med en helt fantastisk takterrass. Benoit var både hjälpsam och trevlig och kommunikationen var snabb och okomplicerad. I husets bottenplan finns en livsmedelsbutik och en superbra pizzeria med napolitanska pizzor (finfint att hämta upp och avnjuta på terrassen). Rekommenderar absolut både värd och lägenhet och hoppas komma tillbaka! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staying at David’s Airbnb was truly a dream. It was the very first Airbnb I ever booked, and I can confidently say it was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had zero complaints the entire time, which honestly says a lot. David himself was absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, and always responsive. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time. The location? Incredible. Super central, safe, and surrounded by great places to eat, explore, and soak in the local vibe. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’d love to come back and stay at David’s place again. It was a perfect home away from home. Highly, highly recommend!

Wow! What’s not to absolutely love about this apartment!? Absolutely fantastic location with an INCREDIBLE view. The apartment was nicely appointed and had a very bright, airy, contemporary vibe. Hanging out on the balcony was a sheer delight. The glazed windows do a great job keeping the noise out and the apartment was always very quiet. Lucas was very responsive and check in and checkout was very easy and straightforward. Lucas was very responsive to questions before and after checking in and sent recommendations for some great restaurants. You won’t be sorry - just book it if it’s available!!

Yulia’s place was really beautiful. Had everything you needed for a holiday with family. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Walkable and comfortable. The promenade is wonderful, but noisy at night but that’s just the way it is, not the hosts fault. Easy access to public transportation as well. Highly recommended

Fantastic apartment overlooking water. As convenient of a location as you can get in Nice. Keep the porch doors open and watch the action on the promenade, yet sleep well in quiet back bedroom. G Highly recommend.

Fabulous location that allows you to soak up the vibes of Nice. Easy access with all necessary amenities. Great people watching overlooking to bay from the balcony. Extremely walkable to Old Nice, beach, port and beyond.

Nico's place was just as described (small and immaculately formed) and good value. A pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the old town centre and Place Massena, and very quiet. Would certainly recommend.

4.75 out of 5 stars. The rental has a great location in the old city center of Antibes. Good restaurants, bars, and shops are all around, but the rental was quiet and peaceful inside during my 4 night stay. Note that you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the unit. But Sebastien was kind to help carry luggage for me. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good, although the rain shower overhead was broken during my stay. But Sébastien helped me with getting a clamp so I could attach the hand wand up high. My main nitpick was that there were not good instructions in the online information for using the washer/dryer combo unit. I got the washing function to work ok, but drying was a hassle so I just hung things for air drying. If you’re going to use the washer/dryer, make sure you ask for help at check-in. Check in and check out are both in-person with old school physical keys provided for the building and apartment doors. I would definitely stay here again. Great value!

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war super um zu entspannen aber auch um Unternehmungen zu machen. Dafür haben die Gastgeber viele gute Tipps. Die Wohnung war richtig schön einfach zum wohlfühlen. Danke!

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early.
