Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.

We really enjoyed staying at this place! It is well located and well furnished. A plus: the hosts have made available various tourist guides of the region. We thought it was a nice touch :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was flawlessly cleaned and really comfortable. The bathroom shower is particularly great and we enjoyed the view of town from the balcony and the farms out the back window. The place made for a great home base while we explored some of the surrounding area in Normandy. Would recommend!

Excellent stay in this bright and well-equipped accommodation, accessible by elevator and close to a parking lot. Perfect for visiting Saint Malo intramuros, the ramparts and even swimming! Marie gave plenty of good advice and tips, the welcome was great! We really enjoyed it and we won't hesitate to come back!

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we will definitely come back! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. An irreproachable calm, 12 minutes walk from the center of Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. A fully equipped apartment. Everything was provided. Tall people have to bend down occasionally. Provided for longer stays. We were able to place our bikes in the enclosed corridor. Very nice communication with Marie.

We spent six nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is in great condition. The view from the spacious balcony directly onto the sea is unique. We were very warmly welcomed and the further communication was easy and fast. The place offers everything you need for a holiday. We were always able to park the car on the street without any problems and for free. We would come back anytime!

A very nice, brand new and welcoming Airbnb. All rooms are nice. Decor is thoughtful. The view from the deck is superb. Only a low-traffic road separates the view from the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. Granville is 20 minutes by car, Saint Paire sur Mer 15 minutes on foot. There is a beautiful hiking trail that passes just below the house. Christian is a perfect host.

Excellent stay at Caroline's. Her studio is very well arranged and well equipped. The bedding is very comfortable. The courtyard and terrace are very pleasant. Caroline is caring, responsive when asked a question and does everything to make our stay go well. Thank you also to François for his advice to find a beach that accepts dogs. We felt right at home! We will come back for sure because the region is very pretty.

Too bad the TV didn't work for rainy days.

Our stay at Emeline’s place was fantastic the apartment is impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Emeline went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, from the spotless room to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. The location, the view, the communication from our host is second to none. The best host, super host. By all means. We wish we stayed at least one more night in this lovely town. We would recommend it to family and friends and would love to stay here again!

A perfect stay in a simply amazing place! The accommodation is clean, cozy and ideal for relaxing, with a great jacuzzi to relax. Hélène is a very nice host. His tips on nearby restaurants turned out to be very smart. The apartment is nice, well located and the hot tub much appreciated, especially by our 8 year old daughter. We highly recommend.
