A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Lovers of wide open spaces, you will be won over by all the activities that our region offers. Winter sports, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, tourist sites (Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy). 19th century house of 85 m2 completely renovated in 2018. Quick access via the A89 motorway, exit 25, 4 km from the accommodation. Private garage.

Very nice accommodation on the ground floor of a typical Auvergne stone house, not overlooked, in a small place called, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, located 4 km from La Bourboule, 12 km from Mont-Dore, and close to all amenities. Enclosed land of 4,000 m². Tranquility, rest in the heart of nature, in a pleasant setting equipped with every comfort. Numerous hikes, ski slopes, nearby (Charlannes, Capucin, Sancy...). The owners live above (discreet but available).

La Bourboule: ideal for families or with friends.

Ideally located in the city center, this accommodation is close to small shops, the train station, the Baths, the media library, the cinema and the Casino. Children will be able to enjoy the many games of the Parc Fenestre or the Aqualudique Pole. Alpine ski enthusiasts will appreciate being a 5-minute walk from the shuttles to the Sancy resort. Also close to cross-country ski slopes and hiking trails, it is an ideal starting point to discover our beautiful region.

Cécile and Yann welcome you for a quiet stay on a one hectare plot, wooded, with its pond and pontoon, ideal for good times as a couple or with family.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and towel. cleaning included. You will stay in a 55 m2 apartment for 5 people with balcony on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
