Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Renovated house with quality materials (wood from the surrounding forests) offering 2 bedrooms (bed 160 x 200 and beds 80 x 200 modular in 160 x 200) and 2 bathrooms with toilet in each, a large kitchen open to the living room This house is located in a hamlet of 4 inhabited houses, typical Auvergne, with an unobstructed view of the Sancy massif. 5 minutes from the village of Saint Sauves, 10 minutes from Bourboule (spa town) and 15 minutes from Mont Dore (ski resort and spa).

Towels, sheets, and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
