The whole south and west facing opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama of Sancy at Puy de Gros! IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Il est composé d une cuisine, de deux chambres, d un salon et d une salle de bain/wc(baignoire sabot). La maison est composée de 2 appartement. Le notre est au 1er. Nous restons discrets le plus possible afin de vous laisser un maximum la maison et le jardin.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

49m2 apartment in the city center of Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, the fenestra park, everything is within walking distance.... There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
