Monthly Rentals in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

Very clean, modern and well arranged accommodation, ideal for a great time close to the beach of Saint-Malo. Self check-in is simple and well explained, with easy access and free street parking, which is very convenient. Hosts are responsive, attentive, and truly concerned about the well-being of guests. We had a great time, I would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We had an absolutely lovely time getting to know the area and this apartment was the perfect home base. We stayed for 3 nights, but could have stayed longer. The apartment has everything you could want, was very clean, bed was comfortable. Parking was easy to navigate. In the city we ate well; there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. Communication was great.

Very nice apartment, very well located near the intramural district and also the port of Bas Sablons and Solidor.

The apartment - bright - offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It is ideal for enjoying Saint-Malo and its surroundings. Marie allowed us to access the apartment earlier and gave us good advice. Recommended without hesitation!
