If you want a serene environment and all your travel needs tended to as well a perfect location to all area shops and restaurants as well as the beach - this is your place! Super attentive hosts!! Our stay couldn’t have been better!!!

We had a great experience at 411 Oak St. The location can’t be beat; short walk to excellent restaurants, shops and the public beach access points. Our teens loved the independence this gave them to go explore and do what they wanted without needing us to drive them. The house was clean and well thought out. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The hosts are generous with the little things like dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, and tissues. It makes arrival feel so much more welcoming and low stress when you don’t have to immediately take inventory and run to the store. The beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the backyard. The tree canopy, pool, and hot tub made for a private-feeling peaceful environment. This was our first visit to SSI so we had a lot of questions. Alyson and team were very helpful with recommendations for fishing, eco tours and golf. Thanks for making our first trip to SSI absolutely perfect!

Amazing house! Perfect location. We loved staying at Mint Julep! The house and especially the backyard, pool area was so private and relaxing. The screened in porch was great for our afternoon coffee. We loved being able to walk everywhere; dining, shopping, the beach, and entertainment. Jessica was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again. We love St. Simon’s island and the Mint Julep.

Great place to stay

I cannot say enough as to how wonderful this home was. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Every bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous and well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool area/outdoor rec room. It fit our family so well! The beaches nearby were not the best for swimming/building sand castles, but they were great for exploring. We rented bikes and the golf cart and explored all the beach locations. The shops and restaurants were just a short walk away (5ish minutes). Both Derek and Tim were quick to respond anytime we had questions. Upon arrival the house was immaculate. This was just a wow experience for us all, and we hope to return next year.

Jenifer was an excellent host. The house is in a great location for it was a very quit and peaceful neighborhood. The bikes that she allows you to use were a wonderful thing. From the house it was easy to get to the bike paths and also the neighborhood was a great place to ride also. We hope to return to the island again.

Michele was an awesome host. She gave us great recommendations, was clear in her directions and super responsive. The home itself was very cozy and convenient to St. Simons and Jekyll Island which was what we were looking for. We truly had a blast out here (we were sad to leave). We also made some owl friends that live in her backyard (they were very majestic and quiet) We’ll miss them too. 5 star review all around. Would stay here again 10/10.

It was very convenient for a weekend trip to the beach. The host was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know.

My boyfriend and I booked Amanda’s place with plans to have a laid-back beach vacation with lots of cooking fresh seafood and relaxing. Her place was perfect for it. Very cozy inside, and the backyard was warm and inviting. Our dog played out there every morning while we sipped coffees. Her place is located next to a great seafood market, City Market, so that was convenient. We enjoyed biking through the neighborhood and found an adorable deli (The Yellow Deli) 1 min away from the house on our bikes. It was perfect.

We had the most amazing stay! This place was exactly what we were looking for, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location was fantastic—right near DeMere and Frederica Road, with many great restaurants just steps away or a short drive away. Nights were incredibly peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! This week was all about relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for being such gracious hosts and allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

This was our second time at Jake's place and it will not be our last. The neighborhood is charming and the beach is a short walk away (and an even faster golf cart ride!). The house is clean and has everything we need. The little backyard is super convenient for our dogs. Highly recommend! Carla and Mike

Thank you for such an amazing stay! This was a wonderful beach cottage with beautiful private landscaping and koi pond that made drinking my tea and reading books in the early mornings completely peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was very nice! It is an easy walk to the beach or downtown for restaurants! This was a perfect get away for our anniversary and I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great experience at St. Simons Island.

The condo is very nice and clean and smelled very nice. I liked the newer appliances and kitchenware. I appreciated how the bathroom had two doors, one from bedroom and one from the kitchen/living room area. The only small cons for me personally… was the bed is pretty firm ( which is harder on my 65 year old bones😊) and the curtains in bedroom are good but bedroom was still pretty light at night because of the outside lights from the other condos. I’m just accustomed to sleeping in pretty dark bedroom. Again, that’s just me. Location was great, short walk to pier, shops and restaurants.

We had such a great experience during our stay at this property! A couple of us were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay, and we found Jessica’s house. The house was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully furnished (seriously, the pictures don’t do it justice). The beds and linens are extremely plush and comfortable (and I’m a snob about that!). Jessica was very responsive and accommodating - even letting us check in early and check out late to accommodate flight times! We would absolutely stay here again - 10/10 property and 10/10 host!

Beautiful, clean, fully furnished, open plan, cozy and most perfect get away for our family! We will stay again! Decorated so beautifully and the kitchen was perfect for all of our family to eat and enjoy time together. The pool in the back is super clean and private. We had such a great time with our grandkids . It is not on the beach but a short distance to the beach and close to all the great restaurants. We love St. Simons! Thank you! Such wonderful host!

Easy, luxury beach living for the entire family! This home is stunning. Even better than the pictures. From beautifully tiled showers, comfortable bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, games/bikes/beach toys for all ages…this house has it all! Our favorite part were the wrap around porches on every floor- loved having our morning coffee & quiet time out there. Another perk was they already have beach towels and chairs there waiting on you! This home seriously has it all and Laurel/ Kevin were such great hosts! Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

Such a great find!! Space was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location was just what we were looking for; walking distance to the beach as well as many great restaurants. Can’t recommend this stay enough!!

This was truly the most peaceful stay we’ve ever had in St Simons! By far the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The yard/outdoor area was even better than depicted! Lovely place and the hosts communication was amazing, very quick to respond! Cannot wait to book again for next year! PS: the couch was beyond comfy!
