Want to discover the Somme Bay? You have to be in St Valery. Do you want to live in St Valery? You need to go to the Belvedere. Louis and Carl are very welcoming hosts, attentive but discreet, who have made their home a haven of peace. Everything is perfect: comfort, equipment, location and view from the beautiful garden. Go with your eyes closed; you will only have one desire: to go back.

Large, clean, peaceful and very well located accommodation to fully enjoy nature and observe the seals in the Bay of Somme. The reserved parking space in front of the house is a real plus in tourist season. Attentive host providing breakfast but also books, games: a real vacation home!

We had a very nice stay in Noyelles-sur-Mer. The house was very neat and spacious. The house is a nice base to see sights from there. We got answers to questions right away If we go on vacation in the area again, we will definitely come back

A small, very comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, a few steps from the sea. You can admire the sunset on the water from the accommodation, and from the terrace which we enjoyed. Very peaceful environment in a beautiful site, from which you can embark on beautiful walks: cliff side to the south (Bois de Cise, Mers-les-Bains and Tréport), Baie de Somme side to the north (Hâble d'Ault, Cayeux, Pointe du Hourdel). Maria and Hervé gave us a warm and very friendly welcome, a big thank you to them for their flexibility and good advice (especially the Ault Petit Truck and its delicious homemade burgers, 5 min walk from the accommodation). We will be back!

Impeccable and spacious accommodation, with really all the amenities with a very large terrace just facing the sea. Pets allowed. Quiet and off-center location with a sandy beach at mid tide between cliff areas. Possible walks from the accommodation (to Caesar's field. Home surf spot... just leave the apartment with your board. Many stores within 3 km for shopping. 10-12 min from the center of Dieppe by car. Warm welcome and advice from Céline. Enough to have a good vacation...

the apartment is true to the description, the photos, even better in real life with this magnificent sea view.... it's tastefully decorated we found a very clean apartment where you can feel really expected! nothing was missing! with extra touches: cupcakes, tea, coffee capsules... the bedding was quality, nice sheets were waiting for us, nice towels... Maybe it should be specified that there is a staircase of about twenty steps before accessing the accommodation located on the 1st floor, for people with motor difficulties.... The only very small downside.... Thank you very much to Hélène from the concierge for her warm welcome, and to Nathalie for this exceptional property! Pierre and Irėne greeted us personally and were able to give us good tips about the neighborhood and the surrounding area. The studio was very clean and as shown in the photos and described in the listing. The fact that there was no WiFi was made up for by the small, cozy terrace overlooking the bay of St. Valery. There you can have a nice breakfast in the sun or relax in a deck chair. A boulangerie is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Other shopping facilities are also available within walking distance. The nearest supermarket can be reached by car in 10 minutes. There are also sights and natural attractions nearby. We had a very pleasant and relaxing time in St. Valery-sur-Somme and can definitely recommend Pierre and Irėne's neighborhood.

Very beautiful home, right by the beach. The tiny sun room is a god send for reading and relaxation - it also helps that the best beach bar in the city is right by the door step. :)

Thanks to Estelle for her availability and responsiveness. Accommodation matches the photos and is well-equipped. The view is beautiful and the place is in a great location with everything nearby. We really enjoyed the bathtub, balneo facing the sea and the very comfortable bedding. We highly recommend Estelle's place to the entire guest community.

We had a great stay at this property, it looked exactly like the photos and there was loads of space for the 3 of us. The apartment overlooks the beach and there are fantastic views at all times of the day and our 2 year old daughter was super excited every morning shouting beach, beach, beach. The beach and town center are both a very short walk away and there's loads of nearby places to eat and drink. Check in and check out was super smooth and Helene was present at both to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here and will happily book again next year if the property is available. Thank you Annick and Helene for a great stay. Shane

We had an excellent time at Helene’s studio. The view was really a plus! The apartment is very functional. The bed is comfortable, and everything was clean and organized. The location is perfect with everything we needed by foot. We would definitely came back!

There is everything you need in the accommodation, well arranged and with a parking space. 2 steps from the sea and easy access to the city center, it took 20 min on foot with 2 children. All right, I would recommend it.

The apartment offers a magnificent view from a balcony bathed in sunlight in the morning and evening (shaded during the day). We had a lot of fun having lunch and an aperitif there. We also receive the visit of gulls. :) It is located in the center and therefore close to everything there is to do in the area, all shops and restaurants. 10 minutes' walk from the funicular and close to hiking trails. A secure parking space is available. For us who spent our entire stay on foot, it's a very big plus. We see that special attention has been paid to the cleanliness and decoration of the apartment. Brigitte is very friendly and was accommodating for our arrival. We have absolutely nothing to repeat. Everything was perfect. That's why we gave it 5 stars and why, if we go back to the area, we won't hesitate for a second to stop by again. :)
