In the very center, very nice apartment T2, 37 sqm on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. The whole south and west facing opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama of Sancy at Puy de Gros! IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Nous restons discrets le plus possible afin de vous laisser un maximum la maison et le jardin.
