We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We are happy with our stay. The house is spacious, there are lots of toys, books for the kids. The garden is large and the proximity to the surrounding forest is pleasant. The beach is close by car, the supermarket too. The neighborhood is quiet. We may be back ☺️

We spent 2 weeks in Elodie's house. Charming little house in the countryside well exposed and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The little grounds are perfect for the dog. Good walks to do from the house. Well-equipped and very clean house. i would recommend

Great stay, very helpful and responsive host. The space was clean and tidy. Traveling with a baby, everything was planned. (changing table, high chair, umbrella bed, etc.) We would recommend this listing and host.

Bogdan was very responsive and luckily we were able to book in very short notice as we almost had no where to stay that evening. Despite the language barrier Bogdan was friendly and kind to us. The property is beautiful and very peaceful, the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a cuppa in the garden as the sun went down it was truly beautiful. We had a good sleep, the bed was comfy and the room was really clean with towels provided. The kitchen next door had access to coffee / hot water and a fridge etc for your goods. Thanks for your hospitality Bogdan, you saved our evening from disaster and gave us a memorable night instead 😃

Jérôme and Elise are very welcoming, attentive and responsive hosts. We had a great stay, cut off from the world in the heart of Béarn. It's the perfect place to turn off your phones and get back to the simple things. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The aperitif board was a nice surprise for the end of our stay. We'll be happy to go back!

A big thank you to Chantal and her husband for their rare friendly welcome, their precious advice that allowed us to spend 3 incredible days in the region, and their pleasant house in which everything was done to make us feel at home. The furniture is great, a beautiful terrace/garden to spend meals or evenings, everything was clean and the house well-equipped. Chantal makes sure her guests have everything they need! The accommodation offered by Audrey is very warm and well located. The city center is a stone's throw away, many bars and restaurants are nearby.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .

We used Beverly’s property for a one night stopover on our journey from Spain to the UK and it was perfect for our needs. Lovely quiet location with all the amenities we required, bed was really comfortable. Communication with Beverly was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again
