A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. Laminate flooring is laid in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed. Note: The apartment is located on the second floor and can only be reached by stairs.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
