On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Located in the center of Waimes and at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, 5 and 7 km from the lakes of Robertville and Butgenbach, as well as 15 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. This 41 m² apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance and includes a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom. It has private parking and a bike garage. You will find a bakery/grocery store, butcher, as well as a pizzeria, sandwich shop, fry shop and restaurants within 500 m.

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

We stayed in a recording studio. The room is therefore treated acoustically, which will guarantee you absolute calm and complete darkness for a good night's sleep. Studio with kitchenette, Netflix TV and private terrace. Ligneuville is surrounded by magnificent landscapes. Our studio has a separate entrance. We are close to Malmedy, Stavelot, the Hautes Fagnes, Lake Robertville, Lake Butgenbach and the Francorchamps circuit.

A wide range of cultural and outdoor sports activities await you and will allow you to discover the facets of our bucolic landscapes, our forests, green meadows and our High Fens! You can also enjoy our local and traditional gastronomy.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Located in the heart of the forest, this peaceful accommodation offers a quiet stay for the whole family. Many bike rides or walks are possible from the house. Close to the Hautes Fagnes and the Spa-Francprchamps Motor Circuit, you will find something to occupy all your days in the region. Not far away, there is also the pretty town of Malmedy where you will find many shops.

We wanted a green spot, away from the city, to enjoy peace and quiet, nature, good food and drinks, and invite friends over. Sun, snow, rain, a good book, your bike, and good company—coziness is guaranteed in this cottage! The view is truly amazing :-) Discount if you rent for a week. Saturdays are light gray because you cannot arrive on that day.
