Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. My place is close to family-friendly activities (Coo, Plopsacoo) and downtown Stavelot. Walks (on foot or by bike) are easily accessible as well as the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. You'll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoor spaces, the neighborhood, and the brightness. In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent a 70sqm apartment with separate entrance on our yard (Eynattener Mühle) consisting of a large living-dining kitchen, a large bedroom, a small living-bedroom (single bed 185 x 85 cm), a bathroom. It can accommodate 3 adults and 1 baby (baby cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.
