It is located in the resort of Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, renowned for its family-friendly character as well as for its off-piste and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The building is 1500 m above sea level at the foot of the slopes (ski return in front of the building, snow front 200 m away). A 15-minute drive away are the resorts of Tignes/Val d'Isère, Les Arcs (via Villaroger) and La Rosière.
