The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Located in an exceptional natural setting, come and stay in this beautiful fully renovated property offering an incredible view of the seaside. With all its amenities available (barbecue, bikes, playground, etc.) and its ideal location, facing the beach, access to amenities on foot, it is the assurance of a successful stay for couples, families or groups of friends. A key box is available to make your arrival easier. Parking in a private courtyard.

Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

Charming house, functional, bright, quiet and close to large beaches and dunes. Enclosed land, sheltered from the wind and very well exposed. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, bar, children's games and deckchairs to relax in the best possible way :) Beach and dune access is safe for children. Our house is in a small estate, very quiet, our close neighbors are rarely present. PLEASE NOTE, linens not provided (towels and sheets).

Le Pré de la Mer "Suite & SPA" (private jacuzzi)

The Pré de la Mer "Suite & SPA" is a place where relaxation is the key word. It is located at the entrance to Urville Nacqueville. This suite has been renovated and decorated to ensure a moment of total escape. Treat yourself to an evening or more, a relaxing experience thanks to this private jacuzzi with two reclining seats and its many massaging jets. Enjoy a relaxing stay in the north of Cotentin with its white sandy beaches.

Warm and welcoming house 3 min walk to the sandy beach of Portbail. Nearby (1 km) you will find a nautical club, an equestrian center, a golf course (9 km) as well as restaurants. During your stay you can also discover the customs roads, the Channel Islands (departure from Carteret 8 km), the Cité de la Mer (Cherbourg 39 km), Sainte-Mère-Église and the landing beaches of Utah Beach (45 km) and Mont Saint Michel (90 km).

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Welcome to our charming 25 m² wooden studio "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage", carefully decorated. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail Beach, this independent accommodation offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on a private plot where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
