La Petite Ferme du Cotentin is a typical farmhouse in a village. Its interior is simple and warm. The decor and atmosphere are made of raw and soft materials, they play with the brightness. A place where the living is good in summer and winter. Ideal for visiting the Channel, from north to south, east to west or taking a trip to the Channel Islands. A large sandy beach is 5 minutes away by car or bike on small roads. The old miller's ladder takes you upstairs. .

We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.

Charming house, functional, bright, quiet and close to large beaches and dunes. Enclosed land, sheltered from the wind and very well exposed. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, bar, children's games and deckchairs to relax in the best possible way :) Beach and dune access is safe for children. Our house is in a small estate, very quiet, our close neighbors are rarely present. PLEASE NOTE, linens not provided (towels and sheets).

Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
