The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The "Atelier des rêves" cottage welcomes you 200 m from the beach, for 2 to 4 people. Amenities: Kitchen: American fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Bathroom: 160 x 80 spa shower. A HEATED POOL IS AVAILABLE. (open from April 1st to October 15th) From the beginning of July to the end of August, arrivals are only on Saturdays and departures on Friday or Saturday. Ideal for a family stay, this charming house of character will offer you all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000 m², it will allow you to enjoy the beach located 4 km away and the harbor of St Germain.

Located in a green valley, amidst ornamental gardens, it is a recently restored single-family house (80 m²), respecting the typical rural habitat of Cotentin. Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Welcome to our charming wooden studio of 25 m² "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage" decorated with care. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
