Beautiful location, lovely view. Had everything we needed.

Excellent location of the studio, close to shops and the beach, very well equipped, very convenient private parking. Benoit and Frédérique are very responsive. Small downside, we were unable to lower the roller shutter which would have allowed us to lower the temperature of the studio without having to use the air conditioning. Great stay.

Thank you to Carine and Julie for their presence, availability and kindness. Their accommodation is simply perfect and so pleasant. A real little haven of peace with a special mention for the terrace with sea view. An address that we will keep and where we will return with great pleasure. It was just perfect: from the reservation to our departure 😊

The accommodation is quiet, well-equipped, and offers a very nice view of the port, which is particularly pleasant. We also really appreciated the dedicated parking space in the residence's secure parking, a real plus to enjoy the stay peacefully. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the presence of a bathroom as well as a shower room in one of the bedrooms was really convenient and appreciable. We recommend it without hesitation!

When we arrived we had a small problem with the front door with code. The case was not working. A neighbor opened the door for us. The apartment is very nice, superb and quiet view. Well maintained. Beautiful beach with fine sand 100 meters from the apartment. Advantage of a closed and easily accessible garage. Thank you, Véronique, for the little welcome gift. We had a wonderful stay. Lovely place for our stay in Roses. The place was exactly as described in the photos on the listing. Monica was supremely helpful and proactive in solving all our queries. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone

Nathalie’s place is a gem in Provence. Walking distance to Avignon old town and within reach of all things needed from restaurants to places of interest. We had an infant and the apartment suited him in terms of crawl space and crib area. The parking in the building was super convenient to have a car and explore Provence. Nathalie was super flexible with a late night check-in and even helped me retrieve socks after I had checked out. Overall definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Provence/Marseille area.

The apartment was super well appointed and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the low season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea view is amazing. A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time. Mathieu's apartment is as described. It is well equipped and located, with a parking space, a big plus. Very nice welcome and communication with her mom. We recommend.

Adria and Sonia were very good hosts and their apartment has the most beautiful ‘picture postcard’ view of Cadaqués town and couldn’t be closer to beaches and other amenities. Perfect spot!

We had a great time in Avignon! The accommodation was impeccable: clean, well-equipped, comfortable and in line with the description. Access to self-contained housing very well explained to facilitate access. The location is nice facing the sea, overlooking the pool of the residence. We'll be happy to go back!

For the second time, we stayed at Gemma's apartment. Although it was only one night, we were very good again, in a very clean and quiet space. Over the years, we have noticed improvements such as new closures and utensils that make the stay more comfortable. The atmosphere of the residential complex is very pleasant and familiar and with so much heat we bathed in the pool. The gem has been remembered by us and has been very close. He had a great detail, a bottle of fresh D.O. Empordà cava in the fridge that we enjoyed at night on the terrace after a recommendation of a spectacular rice in Roses!

Second stay and always as pleasant. The sea view is beautiful and very relaxing. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well located (beaches and city center within walking distance). My 2 daughters really enjoyed this vacation, we will be back a 3rd time with great pleasure. Thanks to Franck for hosting us and see you soon!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
